★★★★★
PositiveI believe it was lunch time when I arrived and everyone was enjoying themselves we could have joined right in and they would not have even noticed us. The dining area is quite large. Just around the corner is the dance floor and the kitchen and restaurant area and everything is nicely organized and clean and ready to be used. There are books to be read in your room or set by the fire pit and read them. Everything is so nice and neat and kept in a very nice place.
★★★★★
PositiveWas a really nice place. Not assisted living but lots of supportive services if needed. Rooms were large. Residents and staff were friendly. Lots included in the room rate.
★★★★★
PositiveThe place was beautiful but the price was too high for our budget. Place was very clean and updated. People who lived there came up to us and said how they loved living there.
★★★★★
PositiveI cannot say enough good things about this place. The friendliness here feels as you were home. Plenty to do. Properly sized apartments for one or two people. All amenities required for one or two people. The apartments are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. The apartments are cared for by them. Unfurnished, a few furnished. The only fault I have with my studio, the kitchenette is small. They furnish a microwave, leaving a small counter top.
★★★★★
PositiveThe cost compared to other facilities was good especially with all of the activities they offer. It's a beautiful place. The downside to us was how we were told they transition to memory care. That was a big point for us as we knew that day was coming. Their "transition" was not moving to another part of the facility but instead we were told we had to hire a home health care nurse.
★★★★★
PositiveFirst was location, only 10 minutes from my house. Once I got there, the new manager[name removed] was one of the most sincere people I've ever met. I was beyond impressed that he and his wife, Penny, live there full-time. No other facility has managers on site 24/7. I recently had to call them at two in the morning because there was flooding in my parents apartment and the on call managers were there in moments before I got there about 20 minutes later. They were so kind and compassionate about the whole situation…
