My mother was resident for 2 years. She thanked us almost every day. It was a blessing to go there and see the great staff. The food, activities, Manager, [name removed], chef, top rating to all of them. Always very clean and welcoming. Best decision!

Great place for my dad!

My dad has been at Northwood for just over a year. He moved there after moving back from FL to be closer to me. He wanted independence but needed some supervision and friends his age. Northwood fit the bill perfectly. The staff is super friendly and go above to help. The transportation service is also amazing. So glad I found this "place for DAD"

Peace of mind

Northwood manor is exactly what my parents needed! This is a place where there is structure and independence! I am relieved knowing they are independent but they have all of their needs met under one roof!! They are not sitting in their home alone anymore! They have opportunities to congregate and socialize daily! Staying physically and mentally active is the key to quality of life for the elderly! We definitely made the right choice! The staff feel like family!!

Great option for Senior living

I loved that they provided us with an option for a furnished room without a long term lease. It made it a much easier sell for my mom to "be somewhere safe for the winter". She loves many of the activities. My sisters and I have enjoyed getting to know other residents and staff. So many great people--and many points of contact for us to make sure she is having a safe and enriching life even though it is just an independent living facility.

Friendly, helpful, kind, compassionate, relationship building My initial experience exceed all my expectations and was eased by the great communication and commitment to the residents overall well-being.

I stopped in one evening to get info for my parents, was made to feel welcome, the building looked nice & smelled nice. Was given a tour, the info I needed, & left with a very good first impression.
