I would give 5 for each one. I have been very impressed so far. My mother passed away 3 days after [name removed] moved in. Every single person there reached out to him daily helping to get him past his grief. He also came down with pneumonia shortly after. Even though he is in independent living, they brought his favorite meals to him daily.

A Great Place to be in Retirement

Jefferson Manor is an exceptional Assisted Living Facility if you are looking for a good place to live in retirement. They have so much to offer, beginning with their staff, who genuinely love and care about their residents. My sister, who was a resident there, was treated with so much love by all the staff. At times my sister could be difficult to handle, because of dementia, yet they were very gentle and loving with her, showing her much respect and care. A Great Stay

I recently stayed with a loved one at Jefferson manor and it was an amazing stay. it started with my own welcome sign which made me smile. The staff treated me like family and really went above and beyond. The community is very clean and up to date and the food was amazing. If I lived in Indiana this would be my go-to community. I would recommend Jefferson Manor to anyone.

Our Experience

The staff at Jefferson Manor are wonderful, very friendly and helpful!! There seems to be a big turn over in some areas, but there are some constants. They know my parents and talk to them a lot. The housekeeping is one of the areas that had lots of turn over, they have 2 great ones now, very pleasant and efficient. The food is fair and they really don't like dinner at 4:30, they are used to 6:00. Jefferson Manor only has one elevator, so when that goes out, it's a BIG deal for my mom. Sheri, we're delighted to hear that our team's friendliness and helpfulness have made such a positive impact on your parents. Based on resident input in a survey last year our team serves dinner starting at 4:30, but the kitchen is open until 6:00 for ones who would like to come down a little later. Note also that had our elevator motor and computer replaced within the last 2 years. and do have team members available to assist residents with the stairs in the case the elevator is down Please don't hesitate to reach out to any of our team members if you should ever have any questions or concerns -- and we're thrilled your family feels happy at "the Manor" and appreciate your support.

My Home

I have lived at Jefferson Manor for 9 Years and I honestly believe it is the best. The staff go above and beyond for the residents. I feel like the staff and residents are all one big family and I love it. We do so many different events and activities their is never a reason to be bored.
