PositiveThe staff is very friendly, welcoming and engaged. The really care about their residents and their wellbeing. Oak Cottage was absolutely wonderful. They were so wonderful to him from his first day to his last. They helped coordinate everything with hospice when that was eventually needed and gave him a wonderful home.
