The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly and helpful and offer a wide variety of activities every day. The facility is always kept clean and has a very attractive decor throughout the interior of the building. In addition, we are offered three meals a day, weekly maid service and free transportation to doctor appointments.

Super Surrounding

Based on the experience I have had so far, the staff members working there are very helpful and surrounding. However they have some areas they could improve on so on the moment, I would maybe recommend this community to other families.

My mother in law was a resident at Oak Grove Inn. Everyone at this facility was helpful and kind. They offer lots of options for meals. This facility felt very homey. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Highly recommend Oak Grove Inn

The reasons for the numbers 4 ratings had to do with CoVid restrictions and some difficulty with administrator on assisted living wing. Many of regular activities were put on pause because of Covid restrictions but those that were offered were great. In our experience, all nurses and caregivers were great. Our one difficulty had to do with above mentioned administrator. She was difficult to contact or get answers from, her decisions weren't always in line with info we had been given. Our family had an in person tour and we loved this community, the food is amazing, the staff was amazing and they activities were amazing, but no memory care unit which is what we wanted.
