At Oak Haven Assisted Living, we believe our residents deserve the highest levels of dignity and respect and that starts with providing focused, personal care. Unlike larger instutional-style facilities where residents are just a number, our small, home environment allows our caregivers to provide care targeted to each resident's needs. As a family-owned company led by our personal experience managing care for our parents, we have unique insight into what families are dealing with when looking for care for their aging family members. In our home we have created an environment where we would be happy to place our own parents. The facility manager is warm and welcoming, and the house is kept clean and well maintained. Overall, the staff is attentive and caring, though a few could present themselves more professionally. Female residents, in particular, seem to receive excellent care, and the team shows genuine compassion toward all residents.

Oak Haven has a great atmosphere, great people, food and care. Very impressed with the staff and their interactions with others there. Using first names instead of honey, sir etc. makes you feel at home. I was always greeted with a smile even offered me coffee when visiting
