PositiveThe director of marketing and sales gave us a tour, answered all of our questions, and gave us peace of mind about this process that is new to us. He knew and greeted every resident by name while we were touring. The facility is beautiful and residents have so many choices from daily activities to meals and even cozy gathering spaces outside of their rooms. Every staff member greeted us warmly, too, and we know our loved one would be well taken care of!

Sales person was great and very helpful in the application and approval process. Onboarding at/after move-in was non-existent. It was very difficult to understand the daily routines, meds, etc. My experience with the facility was unique in that my loved one was in and out of a rehab or hospital facility for much of the time. Given a less stressful transition it might have been better. Other residents seemed to enjoy being there.
