Oak Pointe has been a blessing for my father since he lost his wife/our mom. He can be as social as he wants to be, when he wants to be. We've noticed an improvement in his attitude and well being since he move here in [date removed]. He's happy and gladly admits that mom knew best when she said that he belonged in a place to help him be comfortable and taken care of if she couldn't do it; I wish we found it before she passed away because she would have been happy here. My wife and I are retired registered nurses. We visited 3 different facilities in the area, and interviewed management and staff at each one. All were priced nearly identical to each other, but Oak Pointe stood out because of the professionalism And bedside manner of their staff and the quality of their very well kept facility. My mother was very happy during the short time she was there. We were very impressed with hospice and end of life care she received when that time came.
