★★★★★
PositiveThe staff at Oak Ridge are great with the residents! The value for the money is also good.
★★★★★
PositiveAt first it was a 5, but after the war with Iran started & prices of food increased, the food went down hill & it was a 4. All the employees were so kind and good to [name removed]. They all were very good at their job, very attentive to her needs, and patient with her. We appreciated being able to add whatever additional services [name removed]needed as she became less able to do things on her own.
★★★★★
PositiveAll staff get a solid 5. My mom was in there just a few days and she fell. They called but I didn't recognize the number, then I got a text seconds later texting that mom had fallen but was fine. They didn't wait for me to maybe call a number back. Every time I or we walk in the memory care unit they say things like, you're mom came down to breakfast and lunch or let me know if she was seems to be a little aggressive today. They put a face to a patient very quickly.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] & I are both very happy with Oak Ridge! The people that work there are so sweet & helpful. The food is great and the whole place is clean and well kept. Even all the other clients are friendly & appear happy. I so appreciate everyone who helped in this important search for a great place for my aunt!
★★★★★
PositiveI have no issues with Oak Ridge. I have found the Oak Ridge is a nice homey place. I like all the family activities they have to involve everyone in the family. I have not eaten there but I am there at their meals and they smell and look good. The only thing that makes .e concerned is that his clothes labeled clothing goes missing and replaced by other residences. I believe that is an issue with all memory cares. Very friendly aids and many of them!
★★★★★
PositiveI would let them know the facility overall is a really good place and would recommend. The staff is kind and caring.
