Care Types Offered Oak Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care provides housing with services , which in the state of Minnesota includes providing sleeping accommodations to one or more residents, and offering one or more regularly scheduled health-related services or two or more regularly scheduled supportive services. Health-related services include professional nursing services, home health aide tasks, or the central storage of medication for residents.
