PositiveI like that it's fairly small and the residents get to know each other. Staff are easy to get a hold of and provide information on my family member. They customize the care to my family member's needs. I like how they closely monitor the residents – they even track the amount of food even at each meal. We have zero regrets on placing our family member in this facility.

PositiveI selected this facility because they provided advanced level care – help getting up and getting ready for the day, escorts to meals, incontinence management, and great coordination with hospice. All while my loved one is living in her own apartment and feeling some level of independence.

PositiveThe staff at White Pine-Cottage Grove have all been exceptionally helpful. Everyone smiles and I have never heard an angry voice during any of my many visits. Mom is still having trouble settling in, but it’s only been five weeks and before that she was in and out of the hospital and transitional care. That’s a lot for a ninety-year-old.
