Importance of Community

There's a tremendous sense of community between the residents and staff. The staff is very involved in hosting recreational activities.

Wonderful personnel. I absolutely love Wendy and the attention to detail I have witnessed from the very caring staff every time I have visited. The front desk has a warm and welcoming demeanor and residents can be seen enjoying events or taking a walk with their pups. Truly a place to consider for your loved ones.

Huge cost and empty promises

Overpriced and underdelivers on all promised 'services'. My Mother was a resident for over two years, with a degenerative condition that the staff was unable and unwilling to help alleviate because of the 'difficulty' of her situation. Like many residents we continued to have a full time daily person to help her with her needs. The added expense pushed her overall care cost to over $100K per year. She was never able to utilize their car service in a timely fashion for medical appointments, as residents in better h…

So far, so good!

So far, things are going very well for my grandmother. The meals that they are very good. The community is clean and well maintained. The only thing we are disappointed in is the transportation. The transportation was what sold us to this community and we had to pay an extra deposit, but they only have one driver and it is very hard to get a scheduled time to use them.

This community did not have an opening when we took our tour so we only saw a few areas of the community. From what I saw the community was clean and nice. The community felt a little more formal than we were looking for. The staff were nice.

They did a great job with everything at The Watermark at Beverly Hills. We were only there for a short while, but all of the staff workers were extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our needs.
