PositiveA place that truly feels like home and gives peace of mind for our whole family
My only comment regarding #2 the cleanliness, is that is has been clean but there have been some plumbing problems that have caused overflow and smell. However, with that being said they have continued to address it quickly. I just really like the facility

PositiveWould recommend but take their sales promises with a grain of salt.
It is a quality facility and the staff provide good care for the residents. We have had a few issues with the sales pitch promising services that in reality on the day to day cannot be achieved. On the whole, it's a good place.

Everybody is extremely friendly. They have a welcoming committee made up of residents who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, introduce you to people, eat with you so you're not eating by yourself, and to get you started to be a real member of the community. Everything is very clean. All of the staff is extremely courteous and seem very caring. They have lots of and varied activities, so there's something for everyone.
