Our family's experience

Nothing in life is totally perfect. First impression is the place is clean and well kept. The staff always greets the residents by their name. The residents and staff are smiling and happy. Food is good as i have had several meals with my mom so i know first hand. My mom goes almost daily to the chair exercise class among some of the other activities on site. She has already made friends and has joined the crochet and gardening clubs. There is also a concierge dr and on-site physical therapy so residents do not ha…

I was impressed with the appearance of the community decorations and painting colors were easy on the eye. The activities, seemed to be for everyone who needed an activity. My guide was knowledgeable and informative. It was definitely a high-end place for mom.

The caregivers were very helpful and attentive during my respite care stay, and I appreciated the support they provided throughout my time there. The facility also offers transportation to medical and hair appointments, which is a valuable service for residents. There are a few areas where housekeeping and dining services could be improved. [name removed] was great, he was very helpful and informative. My dad really likes the place, he still doesn't want to move, we have somewhere we know he'd be happy with when the time comes.

Peace of Mind and Security.

The facility is extremely clean, the staff always smiles and says hi when you pass by in a hallway or a lobby. The entire building feels safe and secure. The food is hit or miss according to my grandmother.
