CriticalOverall experience 5 at first, 1 at the end. Mostly because of disgruntled family member who made things awkward. At first then I got shut off. Again because e left and family member stepped in and caused disconnect. Care services Great at first. When I was in town. But family members discouraged her walker use, saying it made her weak. She fell and broke her hip. Then she was moved out of her apartment with no communication. Again family member big part. Staff Great until they stopped talking to me. Meals seemed g…

PositiveI am very happy here. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The food is is usually quite enjoyable, as is the entertainment provided. My husband died while here, and everything was handled, medically, religiously and emotionally, incredibly well! PositiveWe moved my mom here about 6 months ago, she loves it! She has been so much more social, she loves crafting and the gatherings they have available for them to do. Her favorite is the live music every Thursday!! She has made so many friends and loves the staff so much and they help her with anything she needs or questions she has. I know Mom is getting the best care here.
