I've been very happy with the Oaks at Pooler. All of the staff is friendly and caring. Mom seems happy there, particularly since she was able to move in to quite a large room. 4. Because there's always room for improvement. No place is perfect.

To make sure it is the right fit for your family member. We were told that they could handle my BIL and we told them that he becomes violent. He was there and on his 2nd day climbed the fence and got out. The only way they knew about it was a passer by saw him and reported it. He told them he was hungry. I know he had access to food. I think he just wanted out. He was there only 10 days and had to be removed. My sister went to the trying to get a refund and could never get the right person on the phone. She would n…
