PositiveReview for Oakview Park
Cleanliness, food, laundry, distribution of meds all seem very good. Turnover in lower level staff seems high.

★★★★★
PositiveEverything is appealing. I have found no negatives. Of course I would recommend it.
★★★★★
PositiveAdministration is extremely kind and know all the patients and all staff take turns spending time with the patients. They go above and beyond to get my mom to shower, clean her hair and do her nails.
★★★★★
PositiveA couple staff members could improve on their patience and attitude but for the most part the staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. Yes, I would recommend Oakview Park to other families. They have handled almost every situation with mom without calling me for every single thing and it being an issue that I've had to deal with myself. They handle it themselves and I hear from them 90% less than where she was which has truly helped my stress level and quality of life as a caregiver.
★★★★★
CriticalCommunication with them was terrible. The food was terrible. The medication dispensing was terrible. I pulled my mother out after five months. If you love your loved one do not leave them at Oakview.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff I've worked with are kind and helpful. My father doesn't need much help so he doesn't make use of a lot of the amenities offered. The transport to the doctor is super helpful! Medication has been an issue, but we manage it now rather than having the facility do it.
