More structured and proactive communication regarding needed supplies would be beneficial, as family members are often responsible for coordinating purchases from a distance. Happy with our choice

The staff and facility are very helpful. The facility is very clean and safe. The room is large and comfortable. I believe there could have been a better onboarding process. It would have been helpful to have a list or packet explaining what was needed to furnish the rooms and supplies that the client was expected to provide. There was also a disconnect on providing prescribed medications when transferred from the rehabilitation facility. It took several days to be rectified. Overall we are happy with our choice.

What I appreciated most was the dedication of the aides as well as the administration's willingness to help us work within our budget. I do wish there had been more activities, especially in the memory care unit where my aunt spent her last two weeks.
