If you have family there you should visit more often

Only giving 1 stars because the place is reasonably clean in the common areas. Otherwise, I've noticed that this place is going downhill and it keeps getting worse. This week, the front door is broken to the whole facility. The emergency call system in the rooms is inoperable due to a computer issue so if your loved one falls no one will know because the call button DOES NOT WORK. This is so dangerous. It was time to research a facility for my dearly loved mother. I came across Ocala Senior living. We set up a tour. We didn't know what to expect. Online reviews and photos seemed to good to be true. Amazingly, it bypassed all our doubts. We felt very welcomed, tour was thorough and the facility was clean and smelled fresh. Place was large and open.
