Love facility services, finance staff not so much.

Facility is well run, quite beautiful. Feel fortunate to have my mother there. Room is wonderful, quite large. Reasonable amount of privacy. Nursing, physician care is competent with good communication. The billing folks are another matter. Extremely unresponsive to billing issues/questions, including the corporate staff.

Our mother has been a resident at the Cape May, Wilmington, Ohio, facility for 8 months. Our family is extremely pleased with this placement. The staff are friendly, professional and personable. It truly is a family atmosphere. The few "bumps" mother experienced in adjusting to her move were quickly resolved in a loving, non-judgmental fashion. The facility is modern and very clean with large common areas including libraries, dining hall, an exercise room and beauty/barber salon. The grounds are exceptionally well …

Exceptional Care!

My dad had been in and out of the hospital for over 2 1/2 months due to complications from congestive heart failure. After the 3rd hospital stay we tried Cape May in Wilmington. The care received was exceptional and the made great stride and they helped improve his quality of life! We can't thank the staff enough.
