PositiveCaring staff and beautiful grounds
Staff is very kind to the residents. They have nice rooms with private bathrooms. There is also a nice outdoor courtyard. I would definitely recommend Olive Branch to others looking.

CriticalThe home was sold, and it wasn't an easy transition with medications(new pharmacy). Many new workers.. not always trained. It is getting better with time. The girls who interact w mom are great people. Mom loves her girls, as she calls them. The transition to new owner was shaky, and that is getting better.

PositiveMy mom is a current resident at Olive Branch Senior Assisted and she loves it there! Everything is great, with the exception of the activities. If a person is expecting things to keep them occupied, I think that they would be bored there. I will say, they have tried to do activities while our mom has been there, there is just not a lot of participation from the residents. I would recommend Olive Branch Senior Assisted to others.

PositiveAll 5's! Olive Branch Senior Assisted community was a great place and they even brought nice clothes in for our loved one to wear when one of the other facility lost all of hers. You bet we would recommend this community to others and would be happy to be a reference

PositiveI would have to give Olive Branch Senior Assisted all 5 stars. That place is great. The employees are very nice and they love my dad. The quality of care is great, the value versus cost is good and it is a great value for the services offered.

CriticalIt's not the place for someone who is active or willing to do a lot of activities. They just don't do a lot, although they're trying to get more activities set up since Covid is not what it was. The care has been great. The facility could use a little sprucing up / livening up. But they do what they can with what they've got.
