I have enjoyed living at Orchard Pointe at Glendale for the past 3+ years. The employees are carefully selected, well-trained, and professional. They are compassionate and friendly. The environment is comfortable, with pleasing decor and a small town atmosphere. The activities team offers many types of past-times. Dad's experience

Dad lived in another assisted living place for 8 years. It changed hands and went downhill. We moved him and mom to Morningstar in 2024 and it was so much nicer. Orchard Pointe purchased Morningstar last year and we were concerned about new ownership. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very caring and kind. My wife and I arrived here in [Date Removed]. She has dementia. We lived together for a while. However as her condition worsened she was moved to the memory section. She is well cared for. Her needs are met and she is as comfortable as she can be under the circumstances. I am doing quite well in assisted living. The staff are very friendly,capable and eager to please. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Orchard Pointe Glendale.

Excellent staff, they truly care, but too few of them. Other improvements needed!

The staff to memory care client ratio is too small for my liking. If one client needs extra help, which takes the staff member away for a time, then they are really short on staff. It's minimal staffing all the time and I worry, but I have nothing to compare this to as it is my first experience. The memory care common area reeks of urine. All of the sofas and chairs smell and some are stained. I try not to sit on the furniture when visiting my father. I brought it up but they only said they are waiting for approva…

Caring, clean, consistent. Yes I would recommend but it is very expensive.
