[name removed] at OLOM was very helpful in many ways to help us make our decision to choose OLOM. The facility is clean and Oder free which was our main concern. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The residents we talked to had positive things to say about their experience at OLOM.

Mom does not care for the food. It is very bland with no real choices and a lot of sandwiches are given for meals. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Facility is old but well kept. There also needs to be an ice machine on the floors for the residents.

They were always willing to help at Our Lady of Mercy. They did offer several activities, but my dad did not want to participate in most of them. The ones he did participate in, he liked. Dad passed away, but they were very good to him and he loved it there.

PositiveOur Lady of Mercy Country Home is lovely. I only have to walk down the hallway to go to daily mass and I don't have to find a ride to Church anymore. I no longer need to cook because the meals are Included in the rent. My apartment is bigger than my old house was, with a balcony to sit on in the mornings to drink my coffee and listen to the birds.
