It is cheap/er/est; the food is horrible; and it beats being homeless on the street! Don't expect safety and security because there is none; and even in cases of emergency nobody is around nor answers the mainline phone!

The first meeting went well. Move in date went well. Unfortunately, trying to get things attended to is somewhat difficult. My friend that I had to put in there on March 28th has still yet to receive a key to her mailbox in which I have asked several times. They were supposed to put a bar in the closet to hang her clothes and that never got done. Luckily, she didn't take many hanging clothes so I was able to use the wire shelf to hang clothes on. CriticalNice doesn't always mean competent
The staff doesn't seem to receive the support needed to do their job. Although the care staff is often great, things like working elevators and medicine updates are not facilitated to allow them to do their job adequately. We had to do showers for our loved one ourself. They couldn't even facilitate that once a week. They didn't communicate with the family when diabetes issues arrived nor consistency with reviewing medications that caused us multiple problems.
