A place to call home

My family member has been a resident at Paisley House for 8 months. He was really sick on arrival, but the care provided by the nurses has been exceptional and we have seen his health improve dramatically. I talked with him today about care he receives there. He has nothing but accolades for the caring nurses and entire staff at Paisley House. He has found a home there and is very happy with our choice for him. Glad we took the tour!

When we toured the facility, they told Mom that if her dementia continued to get worse, they would take care of her unless she tried to escape or got abusive and they have done just that. she is progressing in her disease and they have stepped up her care accordingly. The care is with dignity and compassion always. When she has a "bad day"- they take extra care to make her feel in connection with everyone else. Each category would be a 5. I've spent my career in healthcare. Paisley is an incredible value for a beautiful facility with amazing staff. My family member went in with many health issues. His health has improved tremendously in the two months he's been a resident. The nursing care is exemplary. Great communication from nurses.
