Activities are more limited in memory care and many times most choose not to participate. Staff has been responsive, most are very loving towards the residents, giving hugs and one-on-one conversations. Food is well balanced. The price is very good compared to others. The smaller cottages have been a great fit for my dad. When we first toured PC we thought the cottage environment was too small but socially it has been a better experience vs a 32 bed facility. I placed my husband in Memory Care at Palm Cottage's in Washington Cottage. the staff there is awesome. They have empathy, actually care about the residents. They are always taking care of the people that need more assistances, on top of feeding them. They have routine and this has helped my husband adjust. I'm Very happy I chose Palm Cottage's. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. Residents were gathering for a monthly birthday lunch celebration, and the staff to Resident ratio was almost 1:1. Every where I looked the space was bright and welcoming, residents were engaged and the food being prepared smelled amazing. The rooms are more than adequate for each resident, allowing plenty of space for a bed, dresser, chair. I am very pleased with the facility and the care my father is receiving.

Palm Cottages is a very nice, and comfort giving community. Whether your loved one needs assisted living or Memory Care. The staff is attentive and caring. Healthy and wholesome prepared meals.
