Compassionate care

They were wonderful there. My mom only lasted 3 months. She passed last Aug. I would give a 10 if possible. Everyone was very compassionate and caring. And even though it was old Florida it was always clean and so was my mom. She even got a boyfriend there. At age 90. They looked at each other like high schoolers. Everyone there was always happy, staff and residents.

Our families experience

My mom has been there for 3 weeks and all is great. She is always clean along with the facility. The staff is super competent. And very nice. Everyone always looks happy both the residents and the staff. I feel super relieved my mom is well cared for. It is a huge burden off of my shoulders which was getting to heavy fir me to carry. I want to thank everyone at a place for mom for helping and caring and helping me over and over again.

Hero

Today I called to speak with my Best Friend for over 50 years and an Amazing, Caring Loving nurse made that happen. She offered her own phone to FaceTime my best friend and we had the most incredible conversation. I’d like to truly honor [name removed] for going above n beyond not only for her patients but for the patients family. She is Hero ??????

As you enter the Palm's Edge Assisted Living and Memory Care, you enter right into the dining room which is very crowded and depressing. [removed] is very nice and knowledgeable. He shows a concern for the residents, however, our mother would not be happy at this place. She is looking for a cheerful atmosphere.

Wonderful place

We had a great experience with Palms Edge. They provided a wonderful home for my mother for almost 3 years. She received tender loving care from each staff member there. It is neat, clean and professional with the care of the residents as top priority.

Called facility on Friday. They DO NOT provide tours on Saturdays! You should not schedule a tour that is not possible. I went on Friday during my lunch break- not convenient for me. This place is a DUMP! I wouldnt put my worst enemy in a place like that. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.
