★★★★★
PositiveThey were helpful, kind and they listened when we had concerns. I would recommend Palmcrest and as a matter of fact a Place for mom.
★★★★★
PositiveReally love the facility. Everyone there was very helpful. The only thing they have to work on is their maintenance staff who are lacking. My mom was in memory care. So all I can speak of is the staff there. They were very loving and caring and took very good care of my mom. [name removed] was on top of situations. When they arose and [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful.
★★★★★
Positive5 on all questions. My husband Care as well as my son's needs were all addressed. Also, I was very pleased with [name removed] and 'a place for mom' 5 stars. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families and have already!
★★★★★
Critical-Stolen items (when away at the hospital Roku stolen) -Clothes misplaced, returned clothes not my dads and different size (returned size small. My dad XL) -Room not always cleaned (rat dropping found) -People are friendly but, its their paycheck not calling!
★★★★★
PositiveI think it's important that residents have frequent visitors, here or at any facility. Staff have mostly been very attentive and kind. Amazing, as this has to be a difficult job! It seems like the housekeepers are cleaning all the time, and the caregivers are picking up and sweeping between times.
★★★★★
PositivePalmcrest is a very nice facility they have nice common areas and the residents are pleasant. My friend likes the activities and enjoys the church services. She enjoys having her private room with the program she is on.
