The staff caring for the residents, some are ok. Some need training on how to care for the elderly and how to show them they care. Just make sure you get everything in writing as they promised one thing and tried to change to another price. If I didn't have it written down it would have been a huge problem. Tt's not the worst but still not the best. They put my mother in a shared room and the other woman had 2/3 of the room and wouldn't move her stuff over enough and they didn't make her. Although they didn't even agree to what the sales guy promised even when I produced it in writing. All those places are the same. They paint a perfect pictur…
