CriticalPoor experience
My husband was only there for three weeks. They lost almost all of his clothes and the new hamper I had bought the first time they did his laundry. They looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Then after a week or more, the hamper magically turned up but no clothes. We were convinced somebody took them as they were nice clothes. It was not a good experience.

They lost most of my husbands clothes when they took them to the laundry including the hamper I sent him with. They also kept him quite drugged. He was only there three weeks when I took him home.

Always clean and everyone is smiling. Mom really enjoys all the activities and staff. Meals are delicious when I come to visit I always eat there. Excellent place and experience with The Palmettos.

This facility has a director that is not there for residents, loved ones or the staff. Appearance of the facility is just that, the appearance. Very beautiful building but not worth a lifetime of savings for an awesome older person.
