Community Amenities and Services We offer all three levels of assisted living services, with a 24-hour health care staff and experienced, professional management working to accommodate your individual care needs. Residents are served three delicious meals each day in our charming dining room where we have a great room for watching TV and movies as well as a charming, old-fashioned piano parlor for socializing and recreation. Each level of living space offers a brightly decorated sunroom with a scenic view. If you’re looking for quality and affordable senior housing in a home-like atmosphere with plenty of supportive services, Paradise is the place for you. Living Arrangements and Amenities Paradise has 45 units with private studio rooms and companion suites. With an array of homey and accessible features, you’ll find plenty of comfort here. Care Types Offered Paradise Assisted Living operates an assisted living program , which in the state of Maryland is a residential- or facility-based program that provides housing and supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance, health-related services, or a combination that meets the needs of residents. Families Experience has room for improvement

Yes, what they could improve on would be there business office, needed to collect their rent on time. Or at least let patients family know why the financial payments are not being process on schedule. The poor process procedures make family check to see if organizations is in trouble of remaining open. I like most about the facility is the staff is very helpful and answers and solve all problems and very tentative to the patients so far, it is early, and it seems to start out good then change after four months. Would not recommend

I would not recommend that place to anyone. My dad deteriorated in less than 30 days and is now fully contracted and bed ridden! Bill needs to be fired and that place shut down! They started a snowball that turned into an avalanche!

staff: some staff were kind and engaged with residents while others were argumentative and less compassionate activities: a few activities like bingo and a weekly singer food/dining: many of the meals appeared to be prepackaged or frozen foods room/apartment size: rooms were a very good size but evidence of mice and outdated furniture We were given 30 days notice after only having our loved one there for 40 days. Based on 5 stars, I would give it 2 stars. My family and I feel they are understaffed and geared toward residents that only require Level 1 care. I would not recommend for anyone who is not fully capable of caring for themselves. This place is not truly a "memory care facility".
