Our mother was moved into Park Creek approximately 4 years ago because of dementia issues. Diminished memory mostly. The first few weeks were a little difficult for her as can be expected. After a while she accepted Park Creek as her new home. She made new friends, loved the games and entertainment, and looked forward to meal times, 3 times a day plus a snack. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Nursing was great. Our mother remained in pretty good health with the exception of the last month of her life.…
