If you actually care and love your loved one, DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT PARK HILLS WEST. This facility is understaffed, mismanaged, and the owner is only out for money. He doesn’t ACTUALLY care about taking care of residents. My family visited my loved one at Park Hills almost every single day, so we had plenty of time to observe not only the staff, but the facility as a whole.
