Park Place of West Knoxville

Park Place of West Knoxville is a lovely facility. The residents that we met seemed to be content and happy living there. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic as the sales and marketing coordinator who showed us around was also preparing for an evening event at the facility. I think she could have used an assistant! There had been 2 falls in bathrooms that morning, one resulting in a fractured arm. The staff are very attentive and respectful. Any issues are dealt with quickly. They treat my father well. I would recommend to others.

The facility was well-maintained and clean. The staff persons were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice.

Welcoming place

The place is really working well for me. The room is a nice size. The dining is enjoyable. I have watched the evening movie several times. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.
