PositivePark Place of West Knoxville is a lovely facility. The residents that we met seemed to be content and happy living there. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic as the sales and marketing coordinator who showed us around was also preparing for an evening event at the facility. I think she could have used an assistant! There had been 2 falls in bathrooms that morning, one resulting in a fractured arm. We could not see different types of rooms due to several residents being away, but the one unit we were able to view was …
