PositiveOne thing they could improve on would be more staff per house. There's usually only two in the house and if someone needs to leave they have to wait until they are finished with each resident. Also, more male staff to help ladies with baths.

CriticalPark Senior Villas Assisted Living will sell you on exactly what you want to hear. But in reality there is no stimulation, the caregivers/workers are never the same, my mom must have her medicine at exactly the same time 5 times a day. Her medicine was given to her when the staff decided to give her the pills. My mom was in their for 4 weeks and then I got her out of there. Her room was dirty, the food had no nutritional value. CriticalWe move my wife in there because she has Parkinson's disease. She takes a lot of medication and they had a lot of trouble giving her the right medications and at the right times.
