CriticalGreat with getting my Dad in facility. On occasion, they would be slow with coming to do things in the room such as services they often like hanging pictures, etc. Then when they hang them, they're not level and they're going sideways. Food is so so.

PositiveThe apartment is lovely. The only problem is the kitchen is not handicap friendly. The residents and staff are very friendly. They are understaffed and if you need help to get off the floor or need a nurse to get medication you may have to wait an hour. The nurses office and medical director's office are usually empty. I waited 30 minutes for a nurse to show up. They don't have a button you can speak through so they don't know if there is a real emergency. That is a problem. They should update there technology.
