Park View Estates Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care

Parkview has a very nice feeling to it that I noticed right away. It is beautiful and seems to be well taken care of. I hope they will be as good as I think since I plan to move my mother there.

PV Estates is very modern, clean, and looks professionally run! It’s practically new. The location is right next door to medical builds and just a good walking distance from Mile square Park. We were greeted by very friendly staff as we entered the main entrance. [name removed] was our host and extremely professional, warm and witty and on top of his game. Would not recommend

The grounds are very nice and the facility is very pretty. However, their communication is awful. They have made changes to my mom's care plan without telling me. It is incredibly hard to get a hold of someone there, even in an emergency. Very frustrating. I would find my mom a better community if the higher-quality places weren't so expensive. Also, three of my mother's gold rings were stolen by someone who works there the first week she moved in.

Park View Estates...a Good Place To Be

Overall the staff is great. My biggest issue is with communication with a resident in memory care. The facility prefers their residents not to have a cell phone but reaching a resident without one is very difficult. Food is nutritious but not very warm but the time the plate reaches the table.

Assisted Living

Place is clean and professional but understaffed. This facility is tailored for individuals can help themselves with limited assistance. If you are looking for a one-on-one type of care this facility is way understaffed to provide adequate care. Since there are not enough care staff to watch for those needed more help, this facility is not provide adequate individual care as promised prior to checking my mom in. Great staff, new and clean place, move-in was easy, and staff is always conscientious of their residence needs.

Check the review…it says it all. My mom is so happy there. She was sick the second week and staff was very accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend park view estates. She is enjoying her experiences there and says she feel like it’s home. She’s very happy.
