My aunt was a resident here. From the time she first moved there until she passed, this place has really gone downhill. She went without heat for days in the winter of[Date Removed]. So many of the amenities they offered when she first arrived were no longer available. The roof blew off the building a couple years ago, and the condition of the building has deteriorated. The facility is great outside of the old elevators, the musky smell and how hot it always is in there, but the rooms are great! Everything works as it should. The staff when my mother in law was there were great! However, the woman that helped my mother in law get an apartment there left so I'm not sure how the staff is now compared to then. The woman that use to work there didn't like how her boss wanted to misinform potential residents about their facility just to get them in there so I would say, be careful. The…
