PositiveParkside of Livonia
The apartments do not have a dishwasher. It's a lot to wash dishes 2-3 times everyday. I love to grill and there is not a convenient place to do that. There is a grill near the north building but that is too far to go carrying everything you need. These may seem petty but I've heard several residents complain about the same thing. Also the air conditioner only cools off the living room. The air does not cover the bedrooms.

At this time it's great! It is very nice so far, I am enjoying the people too. They are handicap friendly also. Apt small but good for me. The staff are great. I referred a coworker here, she will move in June 1st..and I will get 250.00 hopefully for that. I really like it here. I appreciate the staff and people here.

Mostly satisfied with the overall appearance and events and treatment of older people. It’s very quiet and peaceful, day and night. There is prompt answers to my maintenance requests. I am in my first apartment since the passing of my wife of 55 years. It takes a little getting used to, however this atmosphere is pleasant and quite.

PositiveOur tour at Parkside was great. The gentleman who gave the tour was very nice. We thought It was a beautiful facility and an ideal place for our loved one, so we put down a deposit and were excited to move in! When it turned out she couldn't move in due to a sudden decline in her health, they were really accommodating with the refund.
