Partin place was great for my Dad. They worked well with my father and I about his care. I loved how the staff helped the residents and entertained them. If I have to go in a facility I want to go there. I'm very grateful for the love and care they gave to us.

CriticalThere was a smell of urine on entering. There is a 4/30 staff/resident ration which seems low considering it is memory care. It is concerning that they lock residents in their rooms. It was requested that someone call regarding the unattended death report from February but nobody has called.

There is a bit of a turn over of staff here at Partin Place as a new company just recently purchased it but what I've seen so far has been great! It is so much better than the facility we were at previously. The room sizes in memory care are adequate, the bathroom here is much larger.

Quality staff is being replaced by a constant turnover of 'agency' workers. Management claims 'open door' policy but refrains from contact with families. Management actually discourages staff from communicating with family. Very little personal interest in residents is shown by management. Atmosphere of 'fear of job loss' shown by remaining staff. 4.5 months was enough for us to remove mom from a toxic environment.

My mom's experience was pretty bad. Frequent falls and multiple trips to the ER. Not nearly enough staff to handle her care much less the others.
