I would say overall good, simply because I was promised more help dealing with her long term care insurance than I was given. That being said, there are new workers there now, specifically in billing, and they are much more helpful than the people we started with. Everything else seems pretty good. They have activities, fertile trips, parties, and walking clubs. It is always clean when I'm there, and they're good at communicating when there is an issue, like with the ice storm. The staff is very accommodating and engages with the residents. My mom hasn't complained about the food at all. They have activities throughout the day to keep the residents engaged as well as letting the residents feel comfortable if they choose not participate. The room is comfortable, there are many spaces on the property for residents to sit with each other. The staff hold various events during the month and for holidays. I'm very satisfied and comfortable in choosing Pecan Point for my Mother.
