The feel of it, if that makes sense. I didn't want to put my Dad in a home at all, but these caregivers made us feel welcome. The price was fair and very clean too. I could not have done it without them. I am sure there are fancier facilities, but this was a family of individuals that, to me seemed to genuinely care about what they do.
