Pegasus Landing

Pegasus Landing was good for a while and then the care got not so great. For example, she would be left sitting in her depends too long or they weren't as good about taking care of her overall hygiene like brushing her teeth, keeping her in clean clothes, etc. We moved her to a medical group home recently in Forney. But unfortunately, she passed away [date removed].

Great facility for your family member

I really like Pegasus. They take great care of my mom, provide wonderful meals, residents enjoy the activities and staff is very hands on, supportive and always answer any questions. I give them a 4 as we all have room to improve. I would definitely recommend them. We have been here three months!

Munoz Experience

We fell in love with Three Forks from the initial visit, we were very impressed with the low amount of turnover, allowing our mom to fall in love with the staff. She had the same nurses, facility Management, and Maintenance for the first two & a half years, a very consistent routine which was much needed for. Since the change in ownership in 2024, most of the staff has turned over and we have noticed a vast difference. Knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

Staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to our concerns about my aunt. I think they should revamp their menu for the residents and give more them variety. More attention to housekeeping in some areas of the facility should be a big concern too.

Better than ever

My mom moved into this Assisted Living facility in April. In July she had a mental breakdown of sorts. For 2 months she was not herself. She required much more than the “normal” care she was supposed to receive. The caretakers went above and beyond and worked hand in hand with me while we awaited a diagnosis. They encouraged me that she would return to her old self saying she just needed time. It took about 2 months for her neurologist to figure out the correct meds needed.
