PositiveSolid Choice for Quality Care
The facility is extremely clean and well run. Plenty of activities available. Slight variation in quality of care from one staff member to another but that is probably normal in any like organization. Food choices and quality generally favorable with occasional "misses." Offered constructively and overall very satisfied with Peregrine.

Dad's been living here almost a year now. I love him so much, for Father's Day I'm getting him a bath tub. The "spa" at the Delmar center has been broken for the entire time he's lived there. Most senior myself included enjoy in a soak, in hot water. I sit often with the staff and the residents play cards and games and engage in conversation and most of the residence seem to be happy. Happy Father's day Dad lets get a tub

PositiveGreat atmosphere
Everyone there is very friendly, including both the staff and residents. The facility is kept very clean—my mother-in-law’s room is cleaned weekly, and the trash is taken out daily. The nurses also keep us informed and regularly reach out with updates on how she’s doing. The people at the front desk are always welcoming and take the time to chat with you. It truly feels like a place where people are happy to be, and that positivity shows.

The facility is very clean & tidy, every day. The staff checks on each resident every morning & night. Food is good compared to other facilities I was in. My apartment is a studio, so fairly small. I haven't been in other apartments.
