PositiveEveryone in the administrative process were helpful and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The staff at the front desk were friendly. When we saw the house keepers the were polite and had nothing bad to say about our Dad. We felt comfortable approaching any staff member for help.
★★★★★
PositiveI think we selected the right place based on location alone. The staff seems to turn over a lot, but they still continue to give good care based on how my mom looks physically, I wish they were a little bit more personable, they don't talk to us that much. I really feel that early on in her stay some of the aides took the time to get to know us and my mom and I haven't felt that way recently.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is worth the cost but the cost is high. It is a nice place and Mom is happy.

PositiveWas a little shocked on admission that they didn't ask more questions to get to know mom. I feel like we had to tell them about her routine rather than them ask the questions. It felt as though they were just going to wing it and I didn't love that feeling after helping my mom with her ADLs for the last few years. I feel as though there could have been a more standardized admission process. No one is not nice, I just felt that initially they were not very outgoing. PositiveThee people are very nice including residence and staff. only some brand new cloths were lost. The community is very clean. The direct nursing staff are awesome the maintenance men are grumpy. Excellent care. The food is OK and diet is adequate but the pancakes are terrible. Our loved one has lots to do and has fun. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are helpful but not obtrusive. The staff communicate important issues promptly. We have not had any issues relating to staff in the 3 years my mother-in-law has lived in personal care. Her residence is kept clean and all her needs are regularly met. Staff are friendly to my mother-in-law to the point when agency staff nurses are needed to fill in, she misses the regular staff.
