PositiveMy husband has been in the Memory Care unit at Pinicon Senior Living since mid-[date removed] and receives excellent care. I know he has presented some real challenges for the staff, and they have worked hard to manage him through his behaviors, showing him care, concern and patience. They communicate with me if they think I can be helpful, and I truly appreciate that they do. Helping someone you love through "the journey" of Subcortical Vascular Dementia is indeed challenging. Knowing it was in [name removed] best…

PositiveThey have been wonderful. They are very family oriented and treat my dad like he is their dad. Lots of love and compassion.

PositivePinicon Senior Living was a diamond in the rough for my family and I. At the time we were looking for a place for my father to get care and that was close so we could come and see him. Pinicon was just that. Staff was always very helpful and treated dad with respect. Although dad chose not to participate in activities, i loved that they had activities for him to do if he so chose. Staff there let us bring his dog to visit him multiple times, which he enjoyed very much. The only reason we chose to relocate dad is be…

PositiveWe picked them specifically because they are licensed for a 2 person assist. They are between assisted living and long term care. That was what we needed so it worked out great. They have continue to make a real effort to get to know my dad and understand his life and his interests so that they know how to engage with him. When my dad has appointments outside of the facility, they will take him to his appointments and that has been really helpful. I do really like that it is a relatively small facility, memory c…

PositiveWe are very happy with our family member at Pinicon Place and she is happy as well. They have a lot of activities provided and are always staying busy and active. We have also really enjoyed the family nights that they put on.
