Pinnacle Living: 5 = Residents are open, welcoming, friendly, articulate, so there was little or none of that uncomfortable "newbie" feeling. 5 = Apartment - Lovely, spacious 2-Bdrm w/patio. Nice large bathroom and HUGE walk-in closet 4 = Cleanliness -Although a few folks complained about some dust in the Lobby, I never saw it and it looked very good to me. 4 = Management seems open and friendly. My husband and I have lived here since [date removed]. After several changes in management, this place seems to have got it together. Facilities are terrific: indoor heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, movie theater, gym, hair salon,I taty/game room, several outdoor patios, grill. Staff is responsive and helpful. Residents are friendly and welcoming. We feel very comfortable and safe here.

What I like the most about Pinnacle Living is the friendly people, the guests and staff. It is in a location that is convenient to everything, markets, restaurants etc. Place is kept in primo condition and I would recommend this community to other families

CriticalLoved living here for a year until the new management took over in October 2023.
Services are being cut dramatically while the rents remain the same. Our pool has been closed since early October. We are told it won't open for 6 more weeks. Our breakfast program had been reduced from 7 to 5 days a week while the owner is continuing to collect full rent! Stay away! There are lots of other choices in the area.

I am 63, husband is 70. We .moved to Pinnacle 7 months ago. We love it here. A perfect combination of privacy (2 bdrm apartment) and community. Building is new, well maintained. Activities range from aqua-size in our indoor heated pool next to the sauna and hot tub, to Jeopardy, trips, potlucks, book clubs, movies in luxurious movie theater, walks, gardening club and gentle exercise classes.
