After being here two months I would rate all categories a 5. I have been very impressed with this facility however I think you might check back with me in 8 or 10 months . I have been overwhelmed with the adjustment as expected. At this point I think I made the right decision to move here! 1. Friendly residents and their positive comments 2. Efficient staff 3. Quality and preparation of food

The initial sales experience was average. Some amenities were described in a way that set expectations that did not always match the day-to-day experience, and communication from that department felt limited after move-in. A quick thought ; There is no place better or even it's equal imo. [name removed] is the best. By far the best place for my dad he loves it there

Having looked all over NWA for a suitable retirement spot, Pinnacle Springs came on top by a wide margin. The food is not cafeteria food but chef prepared victuals that are more than expected (not even counting the coffee and ice cream machines 24/7). Activities are plentiful, staff is delightful and efficient. Location is 5 minutes from all needs. I

The staff we're very friendly and welcoming. The place was beautiful it is only a year and a half old but it felt brand new in there. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and help full. The did was good and again the way staff was kind went out of this way to help.

Pinnacle Springs is a great place to live.

We moved here from another senior living facility a year ago. Pinnacle Springs is much better. It’s managed much more efficiently, and the staff is sensitive to our wants and needs. There are many activities throughout the week which are fun and stimulating. There is room for improvement in the quality of food.
