The staff is very patient and friendly with my 70 and 72 yr old parents. The food is good they try to accommodate everyone as much as they can. there is a calendar they sign up for trips probably 1 to 2 times a week either to restaurants or just other things like a museum. The room is a good size they have all different size rooms for whatever you need for us the size is perfect they can't keep a lot of junk in the room. There is a maid that comes in every week or 2 just to do a quick minor simple cleaning. Overall…

Absolutely a 5. [name removed] and staff are friendly, helpful, and professional! If your looking for a place with a reasonable amount of tenants? This is your place. Clean, well maintained, and a Grand early 1900's feel to it but, completely modern. Feels like home!
