The staff is very friendly and informative, and they’re quick to respond to issues with heating, cooling, and appliance repairs or replacements. I would recommend this place depending on what someone is looking for. My unit is small but great for a single person. I’m not sure how large the other apartments are.

I am satisfied with the way things are around here. I would like to see some kind of activity to make everyone get to know each other better. The people here are nice to each other but I would really like to be included in their card games and any other activity they have.

Overall a nice community

Manager does a good job took 1 point off for building conditions. We have had several roof leaks which have finally been contained. We have been promised new carpet in the common areas. There is no food or activities provided. The residents organize their own activities such as cards three times per week we have a good size group of ladies who get together monthly for dinner and to celebrate the birthdays of the month.
