CriticalDO NOT consider this place. For a little over [price removed] you get below average food, that is not nutritionally balanced, frozen mush for pureed food, And Watered down soup. For an additional [price removed] you pay for cable that never works and the WiFi is too weak. No one seems to care about complaints on these issues. You get no activities, the residents are bored, and at the mercy of the staff who spend more time decorating for holidays than resident care. Your laundry has to overflow before anyone conside…
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take feedback seriously, especially when it relates to the care, dignity, and well being of our residents. Bethlehem Manor is a secured memory care community, and our residents receive individualized care based on their specific needs. Our team is trained to support residents living with memory related conditions with compassion, patience, and respect. We strive to provide meaningful daily activities, attentive care services, and a safe, engaging environment, and we are concerned to hear that you felt this was not reflected during your experience. PositiveI was very happy with Bethlehem Manor. Bethlehem Manor memory care is no longer at the same location. The staff at the market Street location went above and beyond and being helpful and caring. [name removed], who was the manager would call me with updates and answer all questions, a very different experience from the previous place my mother was a resident in. [name removed] and staff truly cared about the emotional and physical welfare of their clients. When visiting my mother at the facility, I felt like we wer…

PositiveThings are starting to settle down after the big move and merging of the residents which caused confusion. However when we do bring up questions or concerns to the staff they are very cooperative and try their best to accommodate. They also seem to have a lot of activities going on.

It is encouraging to hear that our team has been responsive and cooperative when questions or concerns arise. Supporting residents and families with care and clarity is always a top priority. We are also glad you have noticed the variety of activities available, as keeping residents engaged and active is an important part of our community. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of our Manor family. Please reach out any time we can be of help.

PositiveI have told so many people about Bethlehem Manor. Maybe it seems so good to me because she came from a terrible, horrible place. At Bethlehem Manor they listen to me, they take me serious, and they wanted my opinion on things. They were so caring and kind towards my mom. She was only there for a short time, but she developed relationships with the staff. [name removed], the girl who runs it would call me back or just call me with reports. It was totally different from the experience we had before.
Response from the communityThank you so much for sharing this heartfelt review. We are truly grateful that your experience at Bethlehem Manor felt supportive, respectful, and compassionate, especially after what you and your mother went through before joining us. Listening to families and treating every concern with care is very important to our team, and it means a great deal to know you felt heard and taken seriously. We’re also glad that your mother was able to form meaningful connections with the staff during her time with us. Those relationships are at the heart of what we strive to provide every day. Your kind words about our communication and updates will be shared with the team. Thank you again for trusting us and for speaking so highly of Bethlehem Manor. CriticalThe staff went out of their way to communicate with me about my dad. He had several staff members he was very fond of, and we were treated with respect and consideration. As his illness progressed, they adapted to his changing needs, and they were responsive to our concerns. Another of my family members was there recently as a temporary measure, and her experience was not as positive. My understanding is that some of the staff have left and things may have changed. But my information is good as of December, though.
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We are truly grateful to hear that your father felt supported and connected with several members of our team, and that you and your family were treated with respect and care throughout his time with us. Adapting to changing needs and communicating clearly with families are deeply important to us, and we are glad this was reflected in his experience. We also appreciate your candid note regarding your other family member. Transitions in care can feel different from person to person, and we understand how important consistency and communication are during those times. Your perspective is valuable, and we will share your comments with leadership so we can continue providing the highest level of support to our residents and their families. Thank you again for your trust and for sharing your experience. If we can ever assist you or your family in the future, we are always here to help.
